The SEAMOR ROV is a cost
effective remotely operated video system
for internal inspections or light commercial
marine operations.
Compact size - The
complete Seamor system is transported
in two shipping crates and weighs less
than 130 lbs / 60 kg. Seamor can be deployed
and operated by one person.
Versatile - Deployed
from a boat, dock, dam face or overhead
bridge deck, the Seamor can be maneuvered
through the water while observing real-time
video images of its subaquatic surroundings.
Seamor can be fitted with a remote manipulator
for recovery operations or sonar for black
water work.
Low Maintenance
- The Seamor incorporates a colour CCD
camera and variable intensity light mounted
in a pressure housing capable of tilting
180 degrees. The Seamor carries no batteries
and it's completely powered and controlled
from the surface. All aluminum components
are anodized for use in salt water environments.
Easy Operation -
The Seamor is flown by using a hand held
joystick, which provides controls for
proportional speed and direction.
