Hypack's Design program lets you import background map data in CAD's DXF or Microstation's DGN format to create planned survey lines, plotting sheets and bottom coverage grids in a graphical environment.

Precision

HYPACK's Survey program supports multiple navigation systems (DGPS, range/range, range/azimuth), echosounders, magnetometers, ROV-tracking systems, telemetry tide systems and many other devices.

Survey will import backgound maps in DXF or DGN format, allowing you to position your exact vessel perimeter with reference to pipelines, buoys and underwater structures.


Power

HYPACK's optional HYSWEEP module lets you edit multiple transducer and multibeam data.

HYPACK's Tide programs give you both harmonic prediction and manual entry of tide observations. The Geodetic programs allow for grid conversions, inverse calculations, unit conversion and traverse.

HYPACK computes Volume quantities like nothing else. Select from several methods, including Average End Area, Prismoidal Sections or Surface (TIN) calculations.

The TIN Model program creates 3D surfaces from your hydrographic and topographic data, and allows you to display, print/plot, contour and section

Portability

The Channel Design program will automatically create thousands of planned survey lines and thier associated cross section profiles.

HYPACK'S Plotting program will plot soooth sheets and cross section/volume diagrams, as you create new sheets or plot on pre-plotted sheets.
